What is Peer Support?
Peer support is an evidence-based resource that has been shown to have great value of supporting people with mental health challenges. It is clear that peer support has many advantages including decreased hospitalization, increased sense of community, connection and belonging and enhanced feelings of strength and resilience.

Once you complete the application form, you will receive a message of support on a YMHC greeting card. We can send you a digital card through email.
