The City of Toronto’s Eviction Prevention Handbook

This handbook aims to guide tenants through the evictions process and highlight what to look out for, should they find themself in a case where they follow the rules and the landlord still tries to evict them.

CERA Self-Advocacy Toolkit

This 15-page guide was written to help people assert their rights. The goal of this resource is to promote tenants’ rights by sharing information and providing guidance for self-advocacy. The PDF report is available for download in English, French, Spanish, Arabic and Inuktitut.
