Exercise is very important to your mental and physical health, so it's beneficial to exercise as much as you can. This can improve your energy levels, help you feel more motivated, and increase your mood.
My favourite exercise routines are energy boosters like this video from growwithjo on YouTube. I find that I have an easier time forgetting about the length of a workout when I am fully immersed in a video, and it helps to have such a positive coach.
Strength Training - Coaches Juice & Toya lead you in a 20 minute full body workout with no equipment!
Cardio - A team from Body Project guides you in a low-impact home cardio workout.
If you need more information about how different exercises effect your body, check out Cardio or Strength Training: What You Need to Know.
