3 Quick and Easy Meals for When You’re Feeling Tired or Overwhelmed

We are already 3 months into the year and I feel like its flown by. I feel like I don't have enough time to get everything done that I need to. It's stressful trying to plan your meals, do homework, prepare for the next day, and do all the other things you’re supposed to do in a day. Sometimes you're tired or overwhelmed.

What I learned as a full-time student was to make quick meals. I didn’t have the time to make exactly what I wanted, so I had to compromise and either order out food or heat up some soup (I do love soup though). The great news is that there are so many recipes online, so you can find a lot of options for quick and easy meals.
